Executives from Prawet District visited and observed a RaiWay technology demonstration for agricultural processing and food waste management.
Visit to the RaiWay Project and Technology Demonstration
On Tuesday, April 2, 2026, from 10:00 to 11:00 AM,
Nakamura Kiko (Thailand) Co., Ltd., in collaboration with YN2-TECH Co., Ltd., welcomed executives from the Prawet District Office on the occasion of their visit to the factory in Chachoengsao Province, which serves as the demonstration site for the RaiWay Project.
During the visit, demonstrations were conducted on agricultural product processing machinery, as well as technologies for food waste management and disposal at the new factory of Nakamura Kiko (Thailand) Co., Ltd.
On this occasion, the executives participated in the tour and exchanged views on the development of Thailand’s food processing industry, including effective approaches to food waste management.
Technology Presentation under the RaiWay Project
This visit focused on presenting the RaiWay Project, a collaborative initiative in agricultural processing technology that integrates expertise from Japan with the context of Thailand’s industrial sector.
Key technologies demonstrated during the event included:
- Agricultural processing using a Screw Press machine from Kawaguchiseiki Co., Ltd.
- Moisture reduction and value enhancement technologies using Evaporator and Spray Dryer systems from OKAWARA
- Waste management approaches utilizing 3D Printing technology
- CO₂ emission calculation and reduction assessment using the Wattxplorer system from Kyokko
All of these technologies align with the concept of Green Transformation (GX) and aim to support the sustainable development of the food industry and food waste management.
