AOTS Representatives Visit RaiWay Project to Explore Agricultural Processing and Food Waste Management Technologies
On June 19, 2026, from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM, Nakamura Kiko (Thailand) Co., Ltd. and YN2-TECH Co., Ltd. welcomed a delegation from AOTS (The Association for Overseas Technical Cooperation and Sustainable Partnerships) at their factory in Chachoengsao Province — the pilot site of the RaiWay project. The visit was organized to facilitate knowledge sharing on agricultural processing technology, Food Waste management, and sustainable industrial development.
This engagement forms part of a broader initiative to strengthen Thai-Japanese industrial collaboration, with the aim of advancing the adoption of technologies that enhance resource value, minimize waste, and support the transition toward Green Transformation (GX).
Exchanging Ideas and Exploring Pathways for RaiWay Project Expansion
During the event, the AOTS delegation received a comprehensive overview of the RaiWay project and participated in discussions on its development trajectory and potential expansion within Thailand. The group also explored opportunities for applying technology to drive greater efficiency across the food and agricultural sectors.
The dialogue covered a wide range of subjects, including technology and innovation, value creation from production by-products and residual materials, and strategies for reducing environmental impact — all in alignment with the broader goal of sustainable industrial growth.

Demo Plant Tour and Live Technology Demonstrations
The delegation toured the Demo Plant of the RaiWay project, where they observed live demonstrations of machinery and technologies applied in agricultural processing and Food Waste management. The demonstrations showcased the complete workflow — from sorting and extraction, through waste volume reduction, to value-added product development.
Participants were also introduced to Upcycling approaches that repurpose production residuals into new, higher-value products, effectively reducing the volume of waste requiring disposal.

Key Technologies Under the RaiWay Project
The following core technologies were presented at the event:
- Screw Press Technology — A high-efficiency pressing and separation system designed for agricultural processing and solid-liquid separation
- Evaporator & Spray Dryer — Evaporation and drying technologies that enhance product value and extend shelf life
- Upcycling Technology — Transforming residual materials into value-added products through 3D Printing technology and innovative fertilizer production processes
- CO₂ Reduction Assessment System — A system for calculating and evaluating reductions in carbon dioxide emissions, supporting environmental compliance and sustainable development goals
