Casting Pro (500g) (Black)

Product Introduction
Casting Pro is a UV-curable resin suitable for 3D printers equipped with 395–405 nm UV light sources, including DLP, LCD, and desktop SLA models.
It produces very little ash during high-temperature burnout, making it an ideal resin for lost-wax casting using 3D printing.

Tensile Strength: 18–22 MPa

Elongation at Break: 10–15%

Young’s Modulus: 0.3–0.4 MPa

Notes

•  If the printed part is soaked in alcohol for more than 30 seconds during cleaning, cracking or deformation may occur.

•  Post-curing must be performed using 405 nm UV light at 60°C for 60 minutes (adjust depending on the thickness of the printed part).

Preheat: 167°C

Insert mold into furnace: 167°C

Heating rate: 56°C/hr

Hold: 177°C / 30 min

Heating rate: 117°C/hr

Hold: 732°C / 3 hr

Cooling rate: -111°C/hr

Hold: 482°C
