はじめに / Introduction
YN2-TECH (THAILAND) CO., LTD.（以下「当社」といいます）は、お客様の個人データの保護を最優先事項とし、タイ王国の個人データ保護法（Personal Data Protection Act B.E.2562: PDPA）、その他関連する法令および国際基準（例：GDPR）を遵守します。
YN2-TECH (THAILAND) CO., LTD. (“we”, “our”, or “us”) recognizes the importance of protecting your personal data. We comply with the Personal Data Protection Act B.E.2562 (PDPA) of Thailand and other applicable privacy regulations.
個人データの定義 / Definition of Personal Data
「個人データ」とは、タイ王国の個人データ保護法（Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562）に基づき、生存する個人に関する情報であって、直接的または間接的にその個人を識別できる情報をいいます。これには、氏名、住所、電話番号、メールアドレス、IPアドレス、Cookie識別子、端末ID、位置情報などが含まれます。また、人種、健康情報、性的指向、宗教、遺伝情報、生体認証情報等の「機微な個人データ（Sensitive Personal Data）」については、特別な保護措置を講じます。
“Personal Data” means any information relating to a living individual which enables the identification of such individual, directly or indirectly, in accordance with Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA). This includes, but is not limited to, name, address, phone number, email address, IP address, cookie identifiers, device ID, and location data. Sensitive Personal Data, such as race, religion, sexual orientation, health information, genetic data, or biometric data, will be subject to additional protection measures.
